Our wedding events wouldn’t have been the same without Nupur and her team. We hired her as a 1-month coordinator and that was one of the best decisions. During the last month, she came with us to our final site visits and helped us piece together our events. She pointed out things that we definitely did not realize would be important. Her distinct attention to detail was really beneficial to making sure our day went perfectly. She even created a thought-out detailed schedule of our 2-day event and reviewed it with our family members. Our family includes a lot of different personalities and Nupur really know how to manage their expectations while keeping my husband’s and my vision. Our wedding day included 2 ceremonies and a lunch all in different areas of the venue. Her team made sure things ran smoothly and our 400 guests knew exactly where to go. The next day for our reception, she made sure that my husband and I actually got to enjoy our night after a stressful wedding day. During a wedding, regardless of how much you prepare, things are bound to go wrong. She knew what problems to bring to me and what problems to solve herself because she had done her job to know what vision we had for our wedding. Nupur was essential to our big day! I had a typical Indian wedding with events spread across a number of days. Unfortunately, Nupur was unavailable for our Friday event and we had her services for our wedding and reception on Saturday. I can tell you, the difference between my stress levels on Friday vs. Saturday was huge! Friday, vendors were asking me questions I was not sure how to handle, things were running slightly late, and I was generally just overwhelmed! However, Saturday morning from 7am onwards up until 1am, I had very little to worry about! Nupur and her team showed up on time, set up everything we had discussed, ensured everything ran on time, and more importantly they were able to provide me emotional support!!!! Thank you! Nupur, The Wedding planner, is excellent. She was our wedding planner for my son wedding which just completed May 26, 2019. I live in San Jose my son live in LA. Our Indian venue on 3 different place including music, wedding and reception. She has done flawless job for every events. Second name for nupur is details, details and details. Once u hire her, 90% of your work she takes over. She some time send out emails middle of night and when I get up in the morning, I have few emails from her. She managed the whole event without any error and mistake. She is outstanding. If I have more than five start available, I would have used for her. Some time I was thinking how she is managing so many things in details. She is amazing. Perfection is her motto. I can keep writing and writing about her. She is best of best. She is so honest and so transparent on every thing she does and keep u update. I wish her all the best in wedding planner career. She deserve more than five star.

We were lucky enough to hear about Nupur from a friend who’s wedding she had done who had raved about how wonderful she was despite some bumps along the way with their venue. Nupur spoke with us immediately about our vision of a fusion wedding and from our first conversation she was not only professional, but was able to translate all of the wedding jargon into relatable terms and provided tips about how to navigate vendors and such.
She helped guide us along the way without stepping on our toes about our vision and, with her expertise, provided useful insight as to details that would make this a great experience for our family and friends. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all questions whether from us or family members. Her extensive network and knowledge of her field turned this traditionally stressful process into productive conversations full of laughs.
Even the week leading up to the wedding when weather was changing and little details were being wrapped up, she made us feel extremely comfortable such that we had full confidence in her for the big day. And MY did she deliver !!! Everything was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL thanks to her timelines and checklists! There were so many moving parts trying to do a fusion wedding and she was able to keep track of them all, while checking in with us frequently throughout the entire day, and being so positive about everything!

If you are looking for a wedding planner, LOOK NO MORE!! Nupur is amazing! We brought Nupur on the last month before my sister’s wedding and we were a little nervous about releasing control and still getting quality results. Would she be able to understand our concepts and plans and the millions of moving pieces of the various events in that short of time? And after just a few hours into our first meeting, we was already up to speed! After that meeting my sister and I knew we made the right choice and that Nupur was the perfect addition we needed to help take some stress off our shoulders. From that day on, she took over everything from contacting vendors, coordinating with the venues, making sure all of our contracts were up to par, down to the smallest details of ensuring we had enough utensils for every course and every item at each event.
Nupur gained our trust almost immediately with her level of professional and quick grasp on what needed to be done; she answered our calls and texts (what felt like) immediately, updated us every step along the way to provide the reassurance we needed that things were getting done, and even had calls with the families to make sure everyone was on the same page. the AMAZING, SUPER FABULOUS, PHENOMENAL NUPUR! Really the saving grace of our wedding. I cannot say enough great things about her. over the course of a few months of wedding planning I felt like she became my best friend. She was there for every misstep and every success and trust me our wedding was NOT an easy one to execute. It was a destination wedding in Lake Tahoe with a hotel that had never done a true Indian wedding. From even before the wedding she was there to help guide us every step of the way. We started working with Nupur about nine months before our wedding. We had already shortlisted some venues, and because we live in Philadelphia and got married back home in the Bay Area, we needed a professional who could help us choose the best option for our needs. She went with our parents to all the venue visits and gave us notes from each meeting which made it really easy for us to narrow down and pick our venue. She kept us on task throughout the entire process with weekly phone calls and emails and by prioritizing which vendors were more important to secure first and helped us make sure we could reach whoever we wanted to. Her experience in the wedding planning industry also helped find our cake vendor whom we loved! She helped with all of our vendor communications and made sure we asked the right questions. She also created wonderful sample budgets for us which were key in deciding what we could afford. She is wonderful to talk to and makes the entire process easy and low-stress. On the day of the event, she coordinated with all of the vendors directly and tried to insulate us from the behind-the-scenes so we could enjoy our special day! Overall, it was a great success!
