Planning a destination wedding was so easy with Nupur and her team. We were only able to see our venue one time before our wedding day, but Nupur visited our venue and met with the on-site coordinator on our behalf and got so many details I would not have even thought of sorted out.

I also have never been to an Indian wedding that ran on time until my own! I was very nervous about the timeline leading up to the events as I had an interfaith wedding with three events on our wedding day. Nupur and Anjali were working behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly. I actually got to enjoy my wedding and I do not think that would have been possible without these ladies.

I got so many compliments on Nupur and Anjali from my wedding guests as well. The two of them went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time!

Nupur is a miracle worker – I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a wedding planner. She handled our fusion (Hindu/Christian) wedding with the highest level of detail, great recommendations, and always made us feel very comfortable before and during the wedding. She thinks of things you normally wouldn’t even consider when it comes to making sure everything runs seamlessly for your wedding.

We had a 3 -day event and her team worked tirelessly to do things even outside of normal wedding planner duties (I.e., constantly fixing my hair, finding a place to get baby headphones for my little niece, hopping on calls with our family, etc). Her and her team have a warmth and charm that help put you and your guests at ease the whole time.

Every event was executed beautifully and she even helped negotiate prices down for certain vendors. She digs deep to understand you and your vision as a couple to deliver your dream wedding. There were things that popped up in the background during our wedding that we didn’t even know took place because Nupur and her team handled it without us even knowing!

Nupur is amazing!! We worked with her for almost a year on our 3-day Indian wedding with several events. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made! She was instrumental in making sure our wedding planning process was painless, and in making sure both of us had an amazing time at our wedding. She helped us with literally everything –picking a venue, negotiating the contract, hiring & coordinating with vendors, doing venue visits with family, picking our decor, making a detailed timeline of our weekend, reviewing stationary, ordering last minute items, dealing with last minute venue issues, making welcome bags — I could go on and on. Our wedding events wouldn’t have been the same without Nupur and her team. We hired her as a 1-month coordinator and that was one of the best decisions. During the last month, she came with us to our final site visits and helped us piece together our events. She pointed out things that we definitely did not realize would be important. Her distinct attention to detail was really beneficial to making sure our day went perfectly. She even created a thought-out detailed schedule of our 2-day event and reviewed it with our family members. Our family includes a lot of different personalities and Nupur really know how to manage their expectations while keeping my husband’s and my vision. Our wedding day included 2 ceremonies and a lunch all in different areas of the venue. Her team made sure things ran smoothly and our 400 guests knew exactly where to go. During the events, all my family members and wedding party could easily find her or her team members to make sure everything went well.  One of her team members was always next to me and my bridal party so if we needed anything, it was immediately addressed. The next day for our reception, she made sure that my husband and I actually got to enjoy our night after a stressful wedding day. During a wedding, regardless of how much you prepare, things are bound to go wrong. She knew what problems to bring to me and what problems to solve herself because she had done her job to know what vision we had for our wedding. I would 100% recommend Nupur and her team to anyone looking at finding a coordinator who truly cares about what you want and making sure you have a smile on your face for your special day!

Nupur was essential to our big day! I had a typical Indian wedding with events spread across a number of days. Unfortunately, Nupur was unavailable for our Friday event and we had her services for our wedding and reception on Saturday. I can tell you, the difference between my stress levels on Friday vs. Saturday was huge! Friday, vendors were asking me questions I was not sure how to handle, things were running slightly late, and I was generally just overwhelmed! However, Saturday morning from 7am onwards up until 1am, I had very little to worry about! Nupur and her team showed up on time, set up everything we had discussed, ensured everything ran on time, and more importantly they were able to provide me emotional support!!!! Thank you! Nupur, The Wedding planner, is excellent. She was our wedding planner for my son wedding which just completed May 26, 2019. I live in San Jose my son live in LA. Our Indian venue on 3 different place including music, wedding and reception. She has done flawless job for every events. Second name for nupur is details, details and details. Once u hire her, 90% of your work she takes over. She some time send out emails middle of night and when I get up in the morning, I have few emails from her. She managed the whole event without any error and mistake. She is outstanding. If I have more than five start available, I would have used for her. Some time I was thinking how she is managing so many things in details. She is amazing. Perfection is her motto. I can keep writing and writing about her. She is best of best. She is so honest and so transparent on every thing she does and keep u update. I wish her all the best in wedding planner career. She deserve more than five star.

If you are looking for a wedding planner, LOOK NO MORE!! Nupur is amazing! We brought Nupur on the last month before my sister’s wedding and we were a little nervous about releasing control and still getting quality results. Would she be able to understand our concepts and plans and the millions of moving pieces of the various events in that short of time? And after just a few hours into our first meeting, we was already up to speed! After that meeting my sister and I knew we made the right choice and that Nupur was the perfect addition we needed to help take some stress off our shoulders. From that day on, she took over everything from contacting vendors, coordinating with the venues, making sure all of our contracts were up to par, down to the smallest details of ensuring we had enough utensils for every course and every item at each event.

Nupur gained our trust almost immediately with her level of professional and quick grasp on what needed to be done; she answered our calls and texts (what felt like) immediately, updated us every step along the way to provide the reassurance we needed that things were getting done, and even had calls with the families to make sure everyone was on the same page.
