one of the realities of planning an event in a tro

one of the realities of planning an event in a tropical location is that weather can present unexpected challenges, very suddenly. just 24 hours before the couple’s ceremony, wind speeds in Tulum picked up to over 24mph, and we knew it would be a challenge to keep the mandap stable and have a safe, comfortable ceremony experience for the couple’s guests. our team worked with the venue to secure a backup location while the couple enjoyed their haldi - and landed on this partially covered terrace with foliage protection from the wind all around. we notified all the vendors and guests, and moved the ceremony to this location. it made for beautiful lighting, a beautiful backdrop, and a much more comfortable experience for guests and the couple alike!
